Black-faced Blenny - Tripterygion delasi - Llyfrothen benddu’r Gogledd

A southern species as yet not recorded from Wales.

This photograph shows the late season colour pattern typical of this fish. The strong mottled markings of the breeding female and the striking colours of the courting male are lost.
